Mill Guide
The Mill turns Wheat, Sugarcane, Rock Salt, Tea, Buckwheat and Soybean into six useful products. Every current Mill route takes 1 day, and the upgraded machine accepts up to 3 materials at once.

How to Make Flour
Wheat → Mill → Flour → 1 day.
Flour is also used with Sawagani at the Workbench to make White Bait. The bait's rare-fish effect is owned by the Fishing system and no probability is inferred here.
Sugar
How to Make Sugar
Sugarcane → Mill → Sugar → 1 day.
Sugar is used in multiple cooking recipes. The current Processed Goods Seasonings data also lists Sugar ×5, so reserve it before selling or cooking.

Flour is not appearing
Use Wheat as the Mill input. Wheat Seed is not the same processing record as Wheat.
Rock Salt is rejected elsewhere
Rock Salt is the input that becomes Salt in the Mill. Salt is the separate item used by the Milk Processor recipe.
