Where is Okami-buchi?
The pool and its dock belong to the Waterfall fishing area, not a separate fictional map region.
Waterfall fishing area
Travel to the Waterfall fishing area and approach the dock beside the pool. The interaction is to throw or offer the cursed item from the dock; no coordinate or separate map marker is asserted.
Before you return
You need access to the game's Midnight exploration period before completing the reward step. The general nighttime route has a 6:00 AM forced-return boundary, but Okami-buchi does not require staying until that time.

How to use Okami-buchi
The reward is tied to the return interaction, not simply to throwing an item.

Cursed Fish and Cursed Crops both count
The two offering sources have different acquisition rules.
Cursed Fish
The six Cursed Fish are Midnight fishing records, one per major fishing spot and year-round. Their direct base price is ¥99, but keep enough for your offering plan before selling extras. See all six Cursed Fish locations.
Cursed Crops
Mud Seeds come from Midnight exploration and can sometimes produce a Cursed Crop. Their outcome follows the seasonal crop context; do not treat Cursed Crops as year-round or assume every crop can result from Mud Seed.

Nushi's Scale
After the required offering and Midnight return, the Pool Master reward progression provides Nushi's Scale. Current sources support its role in increasing maximum HP, but this page does not invent an exact heart amount, final cap or total number of scales.
Do not confuse the systems
Nushi Fish are six rare white fishing variants. Pool Master is the entity associated with Okami-buchi. Nushi's Scale is the maximum-HP reward. They are related by terminology, not the same mechanic.

How to get the Rain Whistle
The Rain Whistle is a later Okami-buchi reward, not the basic cursed-fish unlock.
Current AppMedia documentation places the Rain Whistle at the sixth time you summon the Pool Master. Using it makes rain more likely the following day; it does not guarantee rain and no exact percentage is published.
